On-Site Audits: (currently we are only performing on-site audits outside the USA, why? because we like to travel) Is your web based business making you all it can? Complacency is the number one reasons successful companies go south, i.e., fail. I spent many years in the US aerospace industry surveying companies. The number one problem I found was complacency and the fact that companies were not auditing themselves but rather waiting for their customers to audit them once a year or longer. We offer complete on site surveys to determine your weak and strong points. We end our services by setting you up with a customized system of self-surveying so you don't need to pay someone else in the future. How it works: Once we have an agreement you forward me your business plan, work specifications and any other required materials for me to study. From those materials I will put together an auditing plan and will visit your company for approximately one week to ten days depending on the size of the company. The audit will be "in-depth" from the ground up. It may be a good idea for you to "not" prepare for the audit. Remember, I am not your customer, I need to see real life examples of what is taking place on a day by day basis. I am there to help you. Once I complete the survey I will present my findings before departure. When I return to my office I will put together a comprehensive auditing plan for your company. Then at your option I can return to walk your people thru the first self internal audit or you can do it on your own. |
